Ceremonial Pechuga | Wild Agave Blend | Savory, Spiced & Fruit-Laced
Available now at Liquor Boutique
Yuu Baal Pechuga Mezcal is a festive, limited-edition production crafted using the traditional pechuga ritual. Composed from a blend of wild agave species, this mezcal undergoes three rounds of distillation. During the final distillation, a de-boned chicken breast (“pechuga”) is suspended with seasonal fruits (pear, apple), spices (cinnamon, clove), and chiles, imparting rich savory and aromatic layers. Bottled at approximately 45% ABV.
