La Niña del Mezcal Bacanora is handcrafted in small batches with agave Pacifica, which is a type of agave Angustifolia. It is doubled-distilled by Rafael Encinas in San Pedro de la Cueva, Sonora. This Bacanora is briny and viscous with notes of fruit and agave sugar. This release was part of the Vintage Agave Series and is limited.
