Failed Delivery Attempts: If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Liquor Boutique, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and Store Credit: Exchanges and Store Credit are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the following scenarios:

    If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the item is in stock and you purchased SHIPPING INSURANCE at the time of checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may qualify for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.

    Proof of Damage Requirement:

    To process a claim, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to be considered.

Incorrect Orders: If the product you received does not match the item on your order receipt, we will send you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item, utilizing a return label provided by Liquor Boutique. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit equal to the purchase price of the incorrect item.

All sales are considered final. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, we may issue a refund at our discretion, with a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee potentially applied.
