Fermented at the height of summer to capture the pollens of the distillery's garden, this single barrel whiskey revives the nearly lost flavors of Maryland's Pre-Prohibiton whiskies. Aged for two years in new American white oak charred barrels lined along earthen floors in our barrelhouse on Colorado's Front Range, the traditions of softer fruit and floral notes shines bright in each and every bottle.
