The piñas are slow-roasted in traditional stone-lined underground pits, crushed with a tahona wheel, fermented naturally with wild yeasts, and meticulously double-distilled in copper pot stills. Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the item is in stock and you purchased SHIPPING INSURANCE at the time of checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may qualify for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
Proof of Damage Requirement:
To process a claim, you must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product and its original packaging. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to be considered.
